Sew Nature

Sew Nature is a summer exhibition by Amanda, rooted in her personal response to her garden, the flora and fauna, and the wider natural landscapes around her. Centred on stitched and textile-based work, the exhibition brings together recent pieces alongside selected works made over a number of years, reflecting recurring themes of a deep connection to nature and outdoor living. The work is an integral element in Amanda’s current MA studies in Creative Practice. Alongside the stitched work, Sew Nature reflects her ongoing interest in low-impact, nature-based creative sessions that combine making with grounding and contemplative practices.
