Mentally Here

Every one of these artist’s works with a state of mind and environment. My exhibition “Mentally Here” walks you through the similar struggles within people from the past to the present. Each painting resonates with a past or present feeling I’ve felt through my everyday life. These works of art flow together in concept of mind, color, and struggles. The gallery space is centered around historical past struggles that affect the mind and person. While on each side the walls is a progression of personal struggles whether that be internal or external. Once you get to the center back of the gallery, the pieces get more abstract and simple drawing back to calmer mental states. The exhibition is meant to look and accept all stages of the mind and how we process those.
